I help individuals, couples, and groups navigate personal growth, strengthen relationships, and communicate with clarity and confidence. My approach is practical, supportive, and rooted in evidence-based techniques, blending coaching, counselling, and mindfulness practices to create lasting change.
My career began in education, where I worked as a teacher and later in management in Spain and the Netherlands. Over time, I became increasingly interested in supporting people beyond the classroom, leading me to train as a qualified coach, counsellor, and Yoga Nidra teacher.
I also specialize in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a structured approach to expressing yourself honestly while understanding others more deeply. Whether you’re working through challenges at work, seeking better communication in relationships, or wanting to break free from unhelpful patterns, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore and grow.
